All prices are subject to change without notice.
Please confirm current pricing when ordering.

Shipping:
Due to the nature of our products we only ship in the continental US. UPS Ground is
our only shipping option. Shipping usually takes 3-7 working days depending on
location. Orders will be shipped "no signature required" unless other arrangements are
made.

Terms:
No Wear Racing accepts PayPal, cashiers checks, money orders, and personal
checks. Please allow 7 days for personal checks to clear. Sorry- no COD's.

Claims:
Horsepower estimates listed on this website are believed to be accurate based on the
best information available at the time of publication. However horsepower estimates
cannot be guaranteed. Some products are labeled as undetectable. As good as they
work, results are not always 100%, however we take pride in delivering consistent
quality products. No Wear Racing is not responsible for results on vehicles equipped
with our products.

Off-road or racing use:
Because our products are designed for high-performance and racing applications, No
Wear Racing recommends that some of these products be used on vehicles designed
for off-road use or race use only.

Photos:
Actual product packaging may occasionally differ slightly from pictures shown in this
website, however this has no effect on product quality.

Warranties:
The racing industry standard is no-products/parts warranties. No Wear Racing sells
racing products "as is" with no warranty whatsoever. No Wear Racing  does not
manufacture race products. Product manufacturer warranties if any are excluded.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of such products is with the buyer.
Should such products prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the
distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Returns:
Should you have a problem with an order please call us at 610 360-8705. We will
correct the problem as soon as possible. Please do not return an item without
contacting us first. Whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange an item, or
return an item you must contact us first. Upon receiving your order, open the cartons
and inspect the contents. If there is damage during shipment, contact the carrier for a
claim. Items returned for refund must be unopened and are subject to a 20%
restocking charge. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
